I know sometimes breastfeeding mightn't be straightforward, I really do! because I have personally experienced the hiccups that can make this journey a little trickier than it needs to, or should be. I've been given conflicting advice, had nipple trauma and the pain, babes that won't settle, emotional blow outs. The more I learnt, the more my mind was blown by the many, many benefits breastmilk and feeding has to offer, and I was really glad that I had persisted in overcoming my personal breastfeeding hurdles to become a lactating legend. Even though I'm a qualified healthcare professional with nearly three decades of personal and professional breastfeeding experience, I'm not making any promises, just giving you the foundational information to understand the importance of feeding your babe with breastmilk and assist you with your feeding goals. These sessions are based on the WHO/Unicef ten steps to successful breastfeeding, and including trouble shooting and some extra resources. Our face to face in home sessions during the six week period, with unlimited telephone, txt and email access in this time frame. This gives us time to answer your most FAQs.
